ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

The Annual General Meeting of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE took place on April 30, 2024, without physical attendance of shareholders or their representatives at the venue of the meeting of shareholders as virtual shareholders’ meeting.
